Our carverys are designed to improve the merchandising of you hot meat while serving the customer. The Allbrite Engineering carvery comes in a standard size of 650 x 650 mm. We can customise the dimensions to suit your set-up. Carverys can have chrome lights or our fixed mirror finish gantry. These units are normally used in restaurants in tandem with our Bain Maries and Cold Counters to facilitate a customer flow from meats to hot veg and on to salads.
